Grappa Nonino Schioppettino is a distillate of pure allure and aroma, produced in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia. This grappa is obtained exclusively from the distillation of pomace of Schioppettino grapes, an indigenous grape variety of the region that gives the distillate an extraordinary range of aromas and a distinctive taste.
Distilled following the traditional discontinuous method in copper stills, Grappa Nonino Schioppettino matures in small glass containers that maintain and enhance the purity and original notes of the grape variety. On the nose, this grappa expresses vigorous notes of red fruit and spices, with a hint of black pepper that adds complexity. On the palate, it is soft and enveloping, with a long and pleasantly aromatic finish.
Served at a temperature of 12-16°C, this grappa pairs perfectly with dark chocolate or as a contemplative after-dinner drink. The exclusivity of the 50cl bottle also makes it a sought-after gift for lovers of quality spirits.
