The Grappa Riserva Ditirambo from the Distilleria Berta represents a Piedmontese artisanal excellence, where the art of distillation meets the elegance of wood. Obtained from selected pomace, this grappa is born from prolonged aging in oak barrels that enhance its structure and aromatic complexity.

On the nose, it opens with intense scents of vanilla, sweet spices, toasted wood, and slight hints of ripe fruit, while on the palate it reveals itself as smooth, warm, and enveloping, with a perfect balance between alcoholic strength and the roundness given by aging. Its persistence is long and refined, ideal to conclude a meal memorably.

The grappa Ditirambo pairs splendidly with dark chocolate desserts or aged cheeses, but is also perfect for meditation, to be savored slowly to capture every nuance. A true jewel of the Italian distillation tradition.
