The Grappa Riserva of La Gold, produced by the Roner distillery, represents the Trentino excellence in the tradition of quality distillation. Obtained from selected grape marc, this grappa celebrates a prolonged aging in fine wooden barrels, which gives it a rich and complex character. The mountainous territory where it is born, with its fresh climate and carefully cultivated grapes, gives the distillate a pleasant freshness and a very particular elegance.
In the glass, it presents amber reflections and an intense bouquet, where notes of dried fruit, vanilla, and sweet spices emerge, an expression of the long aging. The sip is warm, enveloping, and well balanced, with a persistent finish that invites relaxation.
Perfect as a conclusion to elegant dinners, it pairs magnificently with dark chocolate or aged cheeses, enhancing every tasting moment with its refined complexity.
