Riserva Segni is the Grappa that was inspired by the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, copying the slow aging process, in a selection of 6 casks of different types of wood essences.

A grappa produced from Barbera and Dolcetto vines. For a long period of 5 years, the liquid is carefully decanted from one precious container to another, this gives it the opportunity to absorb all the different aromas of the different woods in which it has stayed.

A particularly harmonious and elegant grappa, with pleasant fruity hints of morello cherry and blackberry, notes of vanilla and aromatic herbs, harmoniously blended in a rich and persistent finish.
