A clean, characterful grappa, with 50% ABV that emphasizes its warmth without weighing down the aromatic profile. On the nose it is intense and pure, with notes of fresh fruit and flowers, balsamic hints and a light spiciness that makes the bouquet interesting and coherent. The palate is assertive but balanced: an initial roundness emerges and quickly gives way to a linear structure, with good freshness and a dry, persistent finish. Excellent as a digestif after a meal, best enjoyed in small sips at a slightly cool temperature, preferably in glasses that concentrate the aromas.

It pairs well with dark chocolate or aged cheeses, and also works in simpler pairings such as a caffè corretto (espresso with a shot of spirit) for those who enjoy contrasts. A practical and straightforward distillate, suited to those seeking a sincere grappa with a defined character.
