In the glass it shows a bright straw-yellow color; on the nose it reveals notes of ripe citrus, white flowers and a light herbal touch, with a clean, direct profile. On the palate it displays freshness and Mediterranean salinity, a lean yet present structure and good acidity that supports the palate without weighing it down. The organic expression is felt in the purity of the aromas and in a balanced fruit texture: the finish remains savory and of good persistence, with a citrusy return that invites another sip.

A lively wine best enjoyed young, ideal at the table with Mediterranean fish dishes, shellfish and summer salads, but also able to accompany legume-based preparations and fresh cheeses. Also perfect for an aperitif on the terrace or for grilled fish menus; it pairs well with light preparations and oil-based dressings. Serve chilled but not ice-cold to appreciate its aromas and salinity; a versatile choice for those who prefer fragrant, balanced wines with immediate appeal.
