Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva DOCG from Garbole presents itself with a decisive presence and an elegant thrust: full-bodied but never crude, with alcoholic warmth well integrated into a fine, polished tannic weave. On the nose it offers a concentrated range of ripe red and black fruit, notes of dried fruit intertwined with dark chocolate, sweet spices and an undergrowth of light tobacco; it is a wine that speaks of substance and time, with a sensory richness well balanced by freshness and a savory salinity that keeps the whole lively.

On the palate it is enveloping, warm and seductive, with a rich mid-palate supported by a juicy balance; the persistence is long and invites a second sip. It pairs satisfyingly with stews, braised game and very aged cheeses, or with robust traditional dishes. A light aeration before serving is recommended and a temperature around 16–18 °C will allow you to fully appreciate its complexity.
