The Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Blanc by Domaine Pillot Henry is an outstanding example of how elegance and complexity can harmoniously blend in a white wine. Produced in the renowned Burgundy region of France, this wine is made primarily from Chardonnay grapes, which are meticulously cultivated on sunlit slopes that benefit from a unique terroir, imparting the wine with its distinctive traits.

On the nose, the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Blanc reveals an aromatic bouquet rich with white-fleshed fruits, such as pear and apple, with subtle floral notes and a hint of minerality that reflects the area's limestone soil. On the palate, the wine expresses itself with lively freshness, balanced by a medium structure and a delicate creaminess that leads to a long and persistent finish.

This wine is ideal for accompanying refined fish dishes or seafood, thanks to its ability to complement delicate flavors without overpowering them. It is also an excellent choice for an aperitif or to be enjoyed on its own, allowing wine lovers to fully appreciate its subtle and complex qualities.
