L'Héritage Extra Brut Crémant de Loire by Marc Brédif represents a sublime example of elegance and freshness, enhancing the sparkling wine tradition of the Loire Valley through the rigorous traditional method, similar to that used for Champagne. This exclusive cuvée, characterized by low residual sugar, reflects Marc Brédif's mastery in creating sparkling wines that celebrate the finesse and complexity of the best Loire vines.

With a long history of excellence in winemaking, Marc Brédif is recognized for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to preserving the unique identity of the terroir. L'Héritage Extra Brut, part of their prestigious range, embodies this philosophy, offering wine lovers a sparkling wine of rare beauty and refinement.

Wine Profile: To the eye, this Crémant presents itself with a luminous golden yellow color, crossed by fine and persistent perlage that dances in the glass, promising a lively tasting experience. On the nose, the bouquet is immediately captivating, with aromas of citrus, green apple and white flowers, followed by riper notes of nuts and fresh bread, all underlined by a subtle minerality that gives depth and complexity.

In the mouth, the Extra Brut surprises with its balanced structure and its energy, where the crunchy acidity guides a finely creamy texture through flavors of lemon, pear and yeasts, towards a long and clean finish, characterized by a pleasant dryness and mineral freshness.

Food Pairings: Thanks to its structure and distinctly dry character, Héritage Extra Brut is perfectly suited as a stimulating aperitif, but can shine alongside a variety of dishes. It goes very well with seafood appetizers, oysters, sushi and sashimi, enhancing their natural freshness. Plus, its acidic vibrancy makes it an ideal partner for cutting through the richness of mature cheeses or poultry dishes.

L'Héritage Extra Brut - Crémant de Loire by Marc Brédif is not only an expression of the spirit and character of the Loire Valley, but is also a testimony of French wine art, capable of offering moments of pure pleasure and sharing.
