The search for quality and the refinement of the brewing technique of the Hibu Brewery find their maximum expression in Gotha, a classic Belgian-style beer.
The yellow color full of persistent foam are the prelude to a beer with spicy and fruit notes, tending towards citrus.
The perception of a more alcoholic beer is present but not as intense as the alcohol content would lead us to think. The more marked initial sweetness is perfectly counterbalanced by a non-persistent bitterness on the finish.
