Hierbas Ibicencas Aniseta con Erba is an herbal liqueur from Ibiza, produced by Aniseta and presented in a 100 cl bottle. Its recipe combines anise, aromatic herbs, alcohol and sugar. The aromatic profile is defined by aniseed, herbal and fresh notes, balanced by a gentle sweetness. Its light green colour highlights the botanical character of the liqueur. The alcohol content is 26% ABV.
The flavours are extracted through infusion and maceration, followed by cold filtration. Hierbas Ibicencas is an aniseed spirit traditionally associated with Ibiza and Formentera, made with aromatic plants such as anise, fennel, thyme, rosemary, mint, citrus and other botanicals. Serve well chilled, over ice or neat, as a digestif after a meal. The 100 cl bottle is well suited to sharing and offers an easy way to enjoy the Mediterranean character of this traditional Balearic herbal liqueur. Its fresh, aromatic style makes it suitable for relaxed after-dinner serving.
