Lisa Bunn's Hipping Riesling is a white wine of exceptional refinement and complexity from Germany's renowned wine region. This Riesling embodies the essence of meticulously cultivated vineyards located in the prestigious Hipping area, known for its unique terroir that imparts distinctive characteristics and an extraordinary aging potential to the wine.

Brightened by a vivid straw yellow hue with greenish reflections, this wine delights the senses with its intense, layered aroma. Notes of ripe peach, green apple, and subtle hints of jasmine blend with a faint mineral touch reminiscent of flint, creating a seductive and complex aromatic bouquet.

On the palate, Lisa Bunn's Hipping Riesling demonstrates impeccable balance between lively acidity and delicate sweetness. Flavors of fresh lemon and white-fleshed fruit harmoniously mingle with a dash of exotic spices and a persistent minerality that cleanses the palate, leading to a long and invigorating finish.

This wine is an excellent example of how Riesling can express its varietal typicity with elegance and intensity. Perfect to accompany sophisticated fish dishes or spicy Asian cuisine, the Hipping Riesling is also delightful on its own as an aperitif, to fully appreciate its aromatic range.

We recommend serving Lisa Bunn's Hipping Riesling slightly chilled, at about 8-10°C, to best enhance its aromatic and gustatory qualities. This wine also has great aging potential, so it can be confidently stored for further aromatic deepening over the years.
