Of an intense salmon-pink, this rosé made from Susumaniello expresses direct, sincere aromas: ripe red fruits like strawberry and cherry, hints of petal and a subtle Mediterranean note recalling fresh aromatic herbs. The olfactory impression is immediate but not simplistic, with a cleanliness that invites a sip and a balance between fragrance and substance that makes it recognizable without being excessive.

On the palate it is slim yet full, with good acidity that supports the fruit and provides freshness; the body is rounded, and the finish is persistent, savory and slightly spicy. Excellent served chilled, it pairs well both with appetizers and hearty salads and with light seafood dishes and not-too-intense cured meats. A rosé that retains personality and immediacy, ideal for those seeking a versatile, well-balanced sip.
