Bolla's IGT "Retro" Verona is a wine that embodies the rich winemaking tradition of the Veneto region, offering a modern interpretation of the area's native vines. Bolla, a winery with a long history and a deep connection with the territory, has been able to create with "Retro" a wine that reflects the quality and identity of Veronese wine production, while maintaining an accessible and versatile approach.

This IGT wine is characterized by a blend of grapes typical of the region, capable of offering a complex and inviting aromatic profile. The "Retro" stands out for its intense ruby red color, with purple hues that anticipate its liveliness and freshness.

On the nose, the bouquet is rich in aromas of ripe red and black fruits, such as cherries, blackberries and plums, enriched by spicy notes and a light herbaceous hint, which add depth and complexity to the olfactory profile. The aging in wood, discreet and well balanced, gives the wine subtle hints of vanilla and tobacco, which integrate harmoniously with the fruit.

In the mouth, "Retro" Verona IGT by Bolla reveals itself to be balanced and harmonious, with soft tannins and a pleasant acidity that supports its structure and enhances its freshness. The finish is persistent and clean, with a pleasant return of the fruity and spicy flavors perceived on the nose.

Perfect as an all-round wine, "Retro" pairs well with a wide range of dishes, from pasta with rich meat sauces to grilled red meat, mature cheeses and traditional Venetian cuisine. Its versatility also makes it suitable as an aperitif wine, capable of stimulating the appetite and pleasantly accompanying the start of a meal.

With its "Retro" Verona IGT, Bolla once again demonstrates its ability to produce wines that are an authentic expression of the Veneto region, offering wine lovers a tasting experience that is both traditional and innovative.
