Il Gian Foscarino Soave Classico DOC by Andrea Bolla presents a clear, immediate profile, where freshness is the guiding thread without ever becoming aggressive. Notes of white flowers, apple and a very faint almond hint weave together with citrus accents; the substance is well defined, supported by lively acidity and a mineral sapidity that extends its persistence. The texture is smooth, with a slight roundness that balances the drinkability; the progression is elegant and measured, focused more on balance than on power.

It naturally suits seafood dishes, shellfish and delicate risottos, but also stands up to white meats and fresh cheeses; serve around 10–12 °C to capture its aromatic verve. Winery history
La realtà è una piccola azienda di famiglia radicata a Monteforte d’Alpone, nel cuore della zona classica del Soave. La produzione si basa su uve provenienti esclusivamente dai vigneti di proprietà, con particolare attenzione alle parcelle locali (Val de l’acqua / Caselle) e alle pratiche tradizionali come l’appassimento per il Recioto. Negli ultimi anni la cantina ha preso parte a manifestazioni di settore e ha ricevuto riconoscimenti per alcune etichette.
Production philosophy
L’approccio combina rispetto per la tradizione locale e cura artigianale in vigna con attenzione al territorio: vinificazioni controllate, uso di uve proprie e lavorazioni pensate per esaltare la mineralità dei suoli vulcanici della zona. La gestione familiare è dichiarata come elemento centrale dell’identità produttiva.
