Il Pareto Cabernet Sauvignon Toscana IGT 2014 from Tenuta di Nozzole (Folonari) presents itself as an IGT-classified red that respects the indicated grape. The bottle, also offered in a wooden case, reflects careful presentation. In color it appears compact and clear; on the nose it may show dark fruit aromas, light herbaceous notes and subtle spice hints, while on the palate it is medium-full in structure, with perceptible tannins and a balance that favors substance without excess.

For tasting, serve the wine at 16–18 °C, possibly after a short decanting to open the aromas. It pairs with red meats, mushroom dishes and medium-mature cheeses; the wooden case also makes it suitable as a gift idea. Store in a cool, stable place. Sensory impressions may vary depending on storage conditions and the individual bottle.

Winery history
The Folonari family has deep roots in the Brescia area and has been involved in wine production since the late 18th century. At the end of the 19th century the headquarters were moved to Brescia, and in the early 20th century the family acquired the historic Ruffino winery. In the 1960s Nino Folonari began a shift toward quality with the acquisition of estates in Chianti. In 2000 Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari established Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari Tenute, which brings together several estates in Tuscany, while the Folonari brand offers an extensive range of table wines and appellation wines.
Production philosophy
Enhance the production areas, combine tradition and innovation, and focus on grape quality to produce wines that are distinctive and closely tied to their territory; the company's plan includes investments in the estates and attention to the diversity of terroirs.
Terroir and vineyards
Headquarters and estates are mainly in Tuscany, with production and a presence also in north-eastern regions such as Veneto and in areas like the Collio; the company’s history begins in the Bresciano and includes references to territories around Lake Garda and beyond.
Awards and recognitions
The "Vinitaly Territory Ambassador" award was presented to Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari Tenute.
