Il Pareto Cabernet Sauvignon Toscana IGT 2015 from Tenuta di Nozzole (Folonari) is a red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon, presented in a wooden case. It displays a profile typical of the variety: on the nose there are aromas of dark fruit, light spicy hints and a touch of herbaceousness; on the palate it shows structure, present tannins and good persistence. The balance between the fruity component and a saline finish makes it suitable to accompany flavorful dishes without overpowering them.

Ideal with grilled red meats, roasts and hard cheeses, it is also suitable for informal tastings and convivial moments. Serve at around 16–18 °C; when possible, a short decantation can help reveal its aromas. The wooden case makes it practical as a gift idea or for short-term storage. Winery history

The Folonari family has deep roots in the Brescia area and has been involved in wine production since the late 18th century. At the end of the 19th century the headquarters were moved to Brescia, and in the early 20th century the family acquired the historic Ruffino winery. In the 1960s Nino Folonari began a shift toward quality with the acquisition of estates in Chianti. In 2000 Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari established Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari Tenute, which brings together several estates in Tuscany, while the Folonari brand offers an extensive range of table wines and appellation wines.
