The Pareto Cabernet Sauvignon Toscana IGT 2020 from Tenuta di Nozzole for Folonari shows a lively ruby color and a straightforward aromatic profile. On the nose there are ripe red fruits, light herbal notes and a hint of spice, without excess. On the palate it presents medium-full body, well-integrated tannins and balanced acidity that supports the sip; the finish remains clean with pleasant fruity echoes, making it easy to pair and suitable for everyday drinking.

Presented in a gift box, it is a practical choice for a present or for everyday table use. It pairs with grilled red meat, roasts, tomato-based dishes and semi-firm cheeses; it also works well with regional Italian preparations. Serve at 16–18 °C and open the bottle a few minutes before serving to allow the aromas to open. Store in a cool, shaded place, away from heat sources and direct light. Preferable to consume in the near term to appreciate its freshness and drinkability.

Winery history
The Folonari family has deep roots in the Brescia area and has been involved in wine production since the late 18th century. At the end of the 19th century the headquarters were moved to Brescia, and in the early 20th century the family acquired the historic Ruffino winery. In the 1960s Nino Folonari began a shift toward quality with the acquisition of estates in Chianti. In 2000 Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari established Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari Tenute, which brings together several estates in Tuscany, while the Folonari brand offers an extensive range of table wines and appellation wines.
Production philosophy
Enhance the production areas, combine tradition and innovation, and focus on grape quality to produce wines that are distinctive and closely tied to their territory; the company's plan includes investments in the estates and attention to the diversity of terroirs.
Terroir and vineyards
Headquarters and estates are mainly in Tuscany, with production and a presence also in north-eastern regions such as Veneto and in areas like the Collio; the company’s history begins in the Bresciano and includes references to territories around Lake Garda and beyond.
