Il Pareto Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 from Tenuta di Nozzole (Folonari) is a Toscana IGT in magnum format presented in a wooden case. Deep ruby in color, it offers a measured bouquet of ripe black fruit, light herbal notes and a hint of spice; on the palate it is sapid and concentrated, with present but balanced tannins and a persistent, dry finish. The structure is solid without excess, suited to those who seek a Cabernet with recognizable character without overstatement.

It pairs well with grilled red meats, braised dishes and mature cheeses, and can stand up to more structured dishes without overpowering them. It's advisable to open the bottle in advance or decant to allow the aromas to open; serve at around 18–19 °C. The magnum format is appealing for convivial dinners or for those who want a bottle for medium-term keeping; store in a cool, stable environment.

Winery history
The Folonari family has deep roots in the Brescia area and has been involved in wine production since the late 18th century. At the end of the 19th century the headquarters were moved to Brescia, and in the early 20th century the family acquired the historic Ruffino winery. In the 1960s Nino Folonari began a shift toward quality with the acquisition of estates in Chianti. In 2000 Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari established Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari Tenute, which brings together several estates in Tuscany, while the Folonari brand offers an extensive range of table wines and appellation wines.
Production philosophy
Enhance the production areas, combine tradition and innovation, and focus on grape quality to produce wines that are distinctive and closely tied to their territory; the company's plan includes investments in the estates and attention to the diversity of terroirs.
