Il Ilirida - Tradita è un vino che incarna la tradizione vitivinicola della cantina Ilirida. Questo vino si distingue per la sua eleganza e il rispetto delle tecniche tradizionali di vinificazione che conferiscono al prodotto finale un carattere unico e inconfondibile.

Alla vista, il Ilirida - Tradita si presenta con una tonalità intensa e brillante, segno di una vinificazione curata e di uve raccolte al giusto punto di maturazione. Al naso si percepisce un bouquet complesso e sofisticato, con aromi fruttati che spaziano dalle note di frutti di bosco maturi a quelle più speziate e terrose, caratteristiche che riflettono il terroir da cui proviene.

Al palato, il vino offre una struttura equilibrata e avvolgente, con tannini morbidi e un'acidità ben integrata che ne esaltano la freschezza. Il retrogusto persistente ed armonico lascia emergere sfumature di vaniglia e tabacco, attribuibili al sapiente utilizzo di botti di rovere per l'affinamento.

Family-owned winery with on-site production Focus on native grape varieties: Prokupa/Prokupac and Vranac Vineyards at 350–500 m above sea level on calcareous-marly soils. Winery history
The Kastrati family's winemaking tradition in the Rahovec region spans generations. To consolidate their viticultural work, the family built their own winery and, starting in 2012, began marketing wines under the TRADITA label, showcasing local grape varieties and passed-down knowledge.
Production philosophy
Family-scale production with a focus on quality: hand-harvesting, careful grape selection, limited yields and attention to vineyard biodiversity. Declared practices aimed at reducing the use of systemic pesticides; winemaking at controlled temperatures using natural yeasts and aging in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards located in the Rahovec area of Kosovo, on sandy-calcareous soils with marl and a fossil layer. Vines are planted at elevations between 350 and 500 metres, in an area that enjoys over 270 days of sunshine a year.
