Incrocio Manzoni Lama IGT from Riedingerhof is a white wine produced biodynamically and presented as IGT. In the glass it shows a luminous straw-yellow color; the bouquet is restrained yet clear, with notes of white flowers, green apple and light hints of aromatic herbs. There are also touches of citrus and a slight sapidity that enhance drinkability. The aromatic profile remains balanced and linear, without excess, inviting a careful tasting. The palate shows fresh acidity and a lean texture, with a clean finish that leans toward minerality rather than richness.

It pairs well with light seafood dishes, seafood salads, steamed fish, light white meats and fresh cheeses; it is suitable as an aperitif. Also excellent with light Asian dishes and vegetable-based starters. Serve around 8–10 °C in a tulip glass to highlight the aromas; allowing it a few minutes to breathe can open the more delicate profiles. For those seeking a characterful white that favors freshness and precision, this biodynamic label from Riedingerhof offers a measured and versatile gastronomic experience.
