The wine "Inkibi Cannonau Di Sardegna DOC" from the Sa Raja winery is a prestigious example that reflects the passion and winemaking tradition of Sardinia. The Cannonau, the island's indigenous grape variety par excellence, expresses itself here in all its nuances. This wine presents an intense ruby red color, with reflections that tend toward garnet as it ages.

On the nose, the bouquet is rich and complex. Notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, are intertwined with hints of Mediterranean spices and a slight hint of tobacco and leather, resulting from maturation in barrels. On the palate, "Inkibi" shows a robust yet balanced body, with well-structured tannins and a remarkable aromatic persistence that returns with pleasant reminiscences of fruit and spices.

Ideal for accompanying grilled red meats, game, and aged cheeses, this Cannonau di Sardegna DOC represents an excellent choice for those who wish to savor the intensity and warmth of the Sardinian sun, infused into a glass of wine. A sensory experience that takes you directly to the wild and fascinating lands of Sardinia.
