The aging takes place in wooden barrels that give a smooth balance, without overpowering the natural freshness of the distillate. On the nose, aromas of sugarcane, citrus, and a slight hint of vanilla emerge, while on the palate it is harmonious, with a clean and persistent finish. Distillation
Differentiated techniques depending on the product: distillation of vinacce for grappe; botanical maceration/extraction followed by distillation/blending for amari and vermouth; double distillation declared for Gin Bacûr; distillation in pot stills for cachaça; vodka produced through multiple distillation stages (multiple passes declared for some references).
Ageing
Some reserve grappe undergo wood ageing (barrique) which imparts colour and complexity; the company uses ageing in barrels/barriques for its oaked references.
