The Irish Whisky Drumshanbo Marsala Cask is a refined spirit produced by The Shed Distillery, located in County Leitrim, Ireland. This whisky is the result of deep artisanal work that combines Irish tradition with the uniqueness of aging in Marsala casks, a Sicilian fortified wine that gives a unique character to the spirit.

With an intense amber color, on the nose it opens with an enveloping bouquet of dried fruits, raisins, and sweet notes of vanilla and almond, along with a delicate spicy touch and a winey background recalling Marsala. On the palate, it is soft and velvety, with a warm persistence and an elegant finish, slightly fruity and spicy.

Perfect to enjoy neat, this whisky also pairs well with chocolate or dried fruit desserts, enhancing every sip with its balance of sweetness and aromatic depth.
