The Irouléguy Rouge wine from Domaine Bordaxuria is a refined example, crafted in the picturesque region of the Basque Pyrenees, in France. This red wine is primarily made from Tannat, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, offering a robust yet harmonious structure.

In the glass, it presents a deep red color, almost impenetrable. On the nose, this Irouléguy Rouge is intensely aromatic, with notes of ripe berries, sweet spices, and a delicate hint of damp earth, typical of wines from the region. On the palate, the tannins are well integrated and balanced by a lively freshness, leading to a persistent and clean finish.

It proves excellent when paired with rich dishes like grilled red meats, spiced stews, or aged cheeses. It is recommended to serve it slightly chilled, at about 16-18°C, to enhance all its nuances.

This product from Domaine Bordaxuria is not just a wine but a true sensory journey into Basque culture and tradition. Ideal for lovers of wines with a strong territorial identity.
