The K Vintners "Royal City" Syrah expresses the grape's personality with an intense, direct aromatic profile. On the nose there are notes of black fruit, black pepper and light floral nuances, with an earthy background that keeps the overall picture complex yet balanced. The palate is rich, medium-high in structure, with present but well-integrated tannins and freshness that supports the finish. There's a good concentration of ripe fruit without excess, making the wine immediate but not banal.

It pairs easily with meat dishes, roasts, game in not overly complex preparations and aged cheeses; its balance also makes it suitable for grilled dishes and flavorful Mediterranean cuisine. Recommended serving temperature around 16–18 °C; a short decant can soften more exuberant profiles and open the aromas, but it is equally enjoyable if poured immediately.
