Pairing Light dishes, cold cuts, fresh cheeses
In the glass it shows a light ruby red, bright and inviting, with a direct and honest aromatic profile: fresh red fruits, especially cherry and wild strawberry, shaded by light floral notes and a herbaceous hint that balances the sweetness.

On the palate it is slender yet well-defined, with lively freshness and a savoury quality that supports the sip; the tannins are soft, barely perceptible, and the drinking is smooth, pleasant and immediately approachable, suited to those seeking balance rather than opulence. It’s a convivial wine, ideal with appetizers, delicate cured meats, vegetable dishes and fresh cheeses; it also works well for summer tables or an informal meal. I recommend serving it slightly chilled to highlight its fruitiness and liveliness, rather than looking for long cellar evolution: its best quality is in its immediate freshness and the enjoyable ease of drinking.
