The Klüsserather Bruderschaft Riesling Trocken from Weingut Nikolaus Köwerich is a dry white with a measured character that favors freshness and balance. On the nose it opens with bright citrus, green apple and hints of white flowers; on the palate the structure is supported by lively acidity and a saline note that gives a sense of clarity. The body remains slim, the drinking experience smooth, with a persistence recalling lemon zest and a subtle mineral touch that accompanies the finish without overwhelming it.
