Komaros Rosato Conero DOCG from Garofoli presents a luminous pink, lively but not exuberant. In the glass it offers a fragrant profile: small ripe red berries, a light floral note and citrus hints that keep the palate fresh and inviting. The sip is sleek, balanced between lively acidity and a medium body, with a subtle sapidity that lengthens the finish without weighing it down. It’s a rosé that emphasizes clean fruit more than spicy echoes, coming across as approachable but not banal. In pairing it is very versatile: it pairs well with seafood starters, composed salads and cold soups, but also stands up to dishes of grilled vegetables and light cured meats.

Ideal as an aperitif when you want a wine that stays fresh on the palate, it can be served around 10–12 °C to appreciate its aromatic precision. A practical choice for those seeking a rosé with everyday character, capable of gracefully accompanying informal meals and convivial moments.
