Il Romagna Sangiovese DOC Riserva La Solfatara dei produttori SaDiVino è un vino che esprime pienamente il carattere robusto e complesso del Sangiovese di Romagna. Questo vino viene prodotto con uve selezionate che beneficiano delle condizioni climatiche e del terreno unici della regione, contribuenti alla sua complessità aromatica.

Alla vista, si presenta con un colore rosso rubino intenso e riflessi granati che già promettono una grande profondità. Al naso, questo Sangiovese rivela un bouquet variegato dove dominano i sentori di frutti di bosco maturi, come la ciliegia e il ribes, arricchiti da note di spezie dolci, tabacco e leggero cuoio. La maturazione in botti di rovere aggiunge una veste terziaria con delicate sfumature di vaniglia e cacao.

Al palato, La Solfatara è strutturato e generoso, con tannini ben presenti ma armoniosi e una buona freschezza che equilibra la ricchezza del frutto. La persistenza aromatica è lunga, con un finale che richiama le note fruttate e speziate percepite al naso.

Questa Riserva si presta ad un invecchiamento che ne migliorerà ulteriormente le caratteristiche organolettiche. Perfetto per accompagnare piatti robusti come arrosti, selvaggina e formaggi stagionati, è un vino che esprime appieno la tradizione e la qualità della viticoltura romagnola.
