This Lacrima Morro D'Alba DOC from Dasempre Del Pozzo Buono offers a sensory profile that emphasizes the floral and fruity notes typical of the Lacrima variety. On the nose there are scents of rose and violet, accompanied by red fruits such as cherry and raspberry; the bouquet remains clean and direct, without excess, inviting drinking. Alcohol is moderate and the acidity provides freshness, making the wine smooth and easy to read overall.

On the palate the wine shows gentle tannins and a lean flavor structure, with an aromatic return that echoes the fruit and a slight spicy touch. It suits uncomplicated consumption: it pairs with cold cuts and everyday dishes like pasta with tomato sauce, light meat-based sauces and medium-mature cheeses. It is advisable to serve it cool to highlight its freshness and delicate aromatics; a fitting choice for those seeking a perfumed, immediately pleasant red.
