Righi's Lambrusco di Modena DOC Spumante Rosato Extra Dry shows a pale pink colour with a fine, lively perlage. On the nose it offers clear scents of small red fruits, floral hints and a fresh note that invites a sip; acidity is well defined and the balance is supported by a restrained residual sweetness typical of the Extra Dry classification. The bubbles add to the freshness without weighing it down, making the wine immediate and pleasant.

On the palate it is easy-drinking, with good sapidity and a lean texture that leaves room for fruity echoes and a pleasant persistence. It is suitable for aperitifs and informal pairings: it pairs well with not-too-strong cured meats, fresh cheeses, light fish dishes and summer vegetable preparations. Serve chilled, around 6–8 °C, to best appreciate its freshness and aromatic profile. Ideal for convivial moments and for those seeking a ready-to-drink sparkling rosé.
