The Lambrusco Grasparossa Colli di Scandiano e Canossa DOC Amabile from Codarossa (Albinea Canali) offers an accessible, aromatic profile. In an intense ruby color with violet highlights, it releases aromas of small red fruits, cherry and plum, with hints of delicate spice and a slight floral note. On the palate it is soft and rounded, with a gentle perlage that supports the structure and a balanced residual sugar that tempers astringency, providing pleasure and easy drinking. The finish is fresh and not overly persistent, suited to those who prefer a Lambrusco that is not too dry.

It pairs simply with everyday dishes: light cured meats, tomato-based pasta, fresh cheeses and dishes from the Emilian tradition. Intended as a convivial wine, it should be served cool but not ice-cold, in fairly broad glasses to appreciate the aroma and bubbles. The DOC designation and the label "Amabile" set expectations: this is a product suited to informal occasions and rustic pairings, without claims of extended aging.
