The Lambrusco Grasparossa Secco DOP from Settecani is a red wine that emphasizes dryness and freshness. Visually it shows a lively ruby color; on the nose it offers notes of small red fruits, cherry and delicate floral hints. The aromatic profile remains measured and clean, without excess, pleasant and approachable. On the palate it has a good structure supported by present but balanced tannins, a lively acidity and a slightly savoury persistence on the finish.

It pairs well with everyday dishes: not overly aged cured meats, pasta with tomato sauces, white meats and medium-aged cheeses. Serve cool but not ice-cold to highlight freshness and aromas; light aeration in a decanter or glass can encourage expression. Best consumed relatively soon after purchase; store away from heat sources and direct light.
