On the palate the wine maintains a slim structure, with soft tannins and acidity that supports drinkability, making it pleasant and easy-flowing. Residual sugar appears balanced against the liveliness of the perlage, suiting informal pairings: home-style dishes, light cured meats, fresh cheeses, pizza and antipasti. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, and a wide glass helps to appreciate the aromas; the finish is savory and ready to drink. A choice for those seeking a readily enjoyable red sparkle, without artifice, to be consumed young.
