Il Langhe DOC Monsordo Rosso - Magnum della prestigiosa cantina Ceretto rappresenta una sublime espressione del territorio del Piemonte. Questo vino è frutto della meticolosa selezione di uve Nebbiolo, Merlot e Cabernet Sauvignon, che conferiscono una struttura complessa e armoniosa. Colore rosso rubino intenso, al naso si apre con note di frutti rossi maturi, spezie e un lieve accenno di vaniglia, dovuto all'invecchiamento in barrique di legno francese.

Al palato, il Monsordo Rosso offre un gusto ricco e avvolgente, con un equilibrio perfetto tra acidità e tannini morbidi, che promettono un'ottima evoluzione nel tempo. La texture vellutata e la lunga persistenza aromatica lo rendono un compagno ideale per piatti ricchi di carne rossa, selvaggina e formaggi stagionati.

Winery history
A family winery with roots dating back to the 1930s; its commercial and winemaking activity began with Riccardo Ceretto and developed under his sons Bruno and Marcello, who in the 1960s started acquiring vineyards and emphasizing their connection to the territory. Generational continuity has led to modernizing agricultural practices and the winery while maintaining a focus on the terroir.

Focus on minimal intervention and respect for the land: conversion of vineyards to organic practices and reduction of winemaking interventions. Enhancement of the territory and integration with cultural and gastronomic projects.
