Le Bruniche Chardonnay Toscana IGT from Tenuta di Nozzole, offered by Folonari, is an immediately approachable white that highlights the character of the variety in a Tuscan expression. Pale straw in color with bright highlights, it releases a discreet bouquet on the nose: notes of apple and pear, a citrus hint tending toward cedro and floral touches of white flowers. On the palate it is balanced, with good freshness, a clean texture and moderate persistence. The profile is restrained and suits those seeking a frank, well-defined drinking experience.

Pairs naturally with seafood appetizers, shellfish, seafood salads and light fish dishes; it also stands up to delicate white meats and fresh cheeses. Serve at 8–10 °C in not overly large glasses to appreciate the aromas. Recommended for early consumption to preserve freshness and fragrance; suitable for informal occasions and everyday menus where drinkability and gustatory clarity are desired.

Winery history
The Folonari family has deep roots in the Brescia area and has been involved in wine production since the late 18th century. At the end of the 19th century the headquarters were moved to Brescia, and in the early 20th century the family acquired the historic Ruffino winery. In the 1960s Nino Folonari began a shift toward quality with the acquisition of estates in Chianti. In 2000 Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari established Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari Tenute, which brings together several estates in Tuscany, while the Folonari brand offers an extensive range of table wines and appellation wines.
Production philosophy
Enhance the production areas, combine tradition and innovation, and focus on grape quality to produce wines that are distinctive and closely tied to their territory; the company's plan includes investments in the estates and attention to the diversity of terroirs.
Terroir and vineyards
Headquarters and estates are mainly in Tuscany, with production and a presence also in north-eastern regions such as Veneto and in areas like the Collio; the company’s history begins in the Bresciano and includes references to territories around Lake Garda and beyond.
Awards and recognitions
The "Vinitaly Territory Ambassador" award was presented to Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari Tenute.
