The Limoncello di Sorrento by Bottega is born from a centuries-old tradition of the Amalfi Coast, a region famous for its lemons with thick and aromatic peel. This liqueur is obtained through a careful infusion of the peels of Sorrento lemons in pure alcohol, a process that enhances its fresh and intense notes, typical of this natural citrus variety. The aging process is carried out to balance sweetness and acidity, giving the product a harmonious taste, rich in aromas of lemon, vanilla, and a light herbaceous hint.
