The Liquore Nero di Bottega is an excellence born from the skillful processing of aromatic herbs and selected spices, rooted in Venetian tradition. This product contains a characteristic intense black color and a deep aromatic profile, enveloping the palate with notes of licorice, rhubarb, and balsamic hints, balanced by a refined sweetness and a slightly bitter aftertaste.
The aging in wooden barrels contributes to imparting complexity and roundness, enhancing the mysterious and persistent charm of the liquor.
