The artisanal processing involves a careful maceration of the pears in alcohol, followed by an aging that perfectly balances the structure and sweetness. Distillation
Differentiated techniques depending on the product: distillation of vinacce for grappe; botanical maceration/extraction followed by distillation/blending for amari and vermouth; double distillation declared for Gin Bacûr; distillation in pot stills for cachaça; vodka produced through multiple distillation stages (multiple passes declared for some references).
Ageing
Some reserve grappe undergo wood ageing (barrique) which imparts colour and complexity; the company uses ageing in barrels/barriques for its oaked references.
