On the palate the sip is warm and smooth: the sweetness is well balanced against the bitter component, which gives it structure and prolongs its persistence without weighing it down. It works well as a digestif served chilled or with a few ice cubes, but also finds a place in cocktails where it adds depth and a pleasant bitter contrast. For pairings I would recommend dark chocolate, aged cheeses, or fruit desserts that aren’t overly sweet. Overall it shows aromatic intensity, roundness and a clean finish that make it versatile and suitable both for after-dinner moments and for reinterpretations in more structured cocktails.

Distillation
Traditional direct‑steam distillation for grappa; prolonged infusions/macerations in alcohol for liqueurs; processing of botanicals cultivated at Tenuta Sussambrino for the gin lines.
Ageing
Some grappe are aged in casks; distillates and liqueurs undergo rest periods in tanks to harmonize the product.
