Elegant and measured, this liqueur plays on the contrast between the delicacy of rose and the freshness of thyme. On the nose, bright floral highlights emerge that never become cloying, accompanied by an herbaceous undertone that gives it character; the sip maintains a balance between controlled sweetness and a slight savory note that encourages another taste. The texture is soft but not heavy, with a fragrant persistence that leaves clean traces of petal and resinous notes; overall there is a pleasant aromatic cleanliness that makes pairing and mixing easy.

It works well as a light digestif served chilled or with a few ice cubes, but also finds its place in cocktails where a clear floral note is required without excess. Pair it with cream-based desserts or berries, with fresh cheeses and citrus-based preparations for a refreshing contrast; used in measured doses, it adds depth to long drinks and more refined spritzes.
