Tailor Made Better Bitter Jefferson and Roger from Vecchio Magazzino Doganale presents a deep amber color and an intense aromatic profile. On the nose there are bitter notes of herbs and citrus peel, supported by a light spiciness that makes the bouquet complex yet immediate. The sip is clean: bitterness is the protagonist but well balanced by a sugary softness and a savoriness that lightens its texture. Medium-bodied, with good structure and a clean lingering finish that invites another taste. The texture is compact yet smooth, with a slight warmth that enhances its aromatic nuances.

It is designed both for mixing and for drinking on its own; it integrates elegantly into classic and contemporary cocktails, adding depth and character, or it can be served neat, chilled, or with an orange twist. Try it with vermouth- or gin-based aperitifs and with food pairings that can tolerate pronounced bitterness, such as aged cured meats or flavorful cheeses. It lends itself to moderate measures in cocktails and to small tastings as an after-dinner drink.
