On the palate, the wine presents itself as rich and full-bodied, with a well-integrated tannic structure and a persistent finish. Its balance between acidity and fruitiness makes it extremely versatile at the table, suitable for accompanying robust dishes like grilled red meats, savory stews, or aged cheeses.
