Pairing Fish, shellfish, light appetizers
With a clear disposition and immediate drinkability, this Lugana expresses an elegant, measured profile: in the glass it opens on white flowers and notes of white peach, with citrus accents that lend brightness. The sip is composed, medium-bodied, supported by lively freshness and a sapidity that cleanses the palate; the substance is fine, with restrained softness and a pleasant persistence that leaves light traces of almond and stone. It is a wine that does not seek effects, but prefers clarity of tone and overall balance.

It sits well at the table as a versatile companion: it enhances raw dishes and shellfish, accompanying them without overpowering, and stands up to fish-based risottos, seafood soups and delicate white meats. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, to capture the contrast between freshness and sapidity; the drinkability is suitable both for casual convivial moments and for more carefully considered pairings. An example of regional freshness that emphasizes a clean sip and pleasantness rather than showiness.
