The Sùere Riserva in magnum format presents an elegant, concentrated presence: on the nose it offers aromas of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit and citrus zest, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a faint almond hint that underlines its character. The palate is rich yet balanced, with a well-calibrated acidic spine that gives freshness, sapidity and a structure that endures well over time; the finish is clean without being opulent, a sign of a maturity that favours substance over showiness. The magnum format enhances its aging potential and the pleasure of drinking it in company: ideal for those seeking a white to enjoy slowly or to pair with flavorful dishes. Serve cool but not cold, around 10–12 °C, to appreciate its aromatic complexity.

It pairs successfully with more structured fish preparations, shellfish, butter risottos and medium-aged cheeses, always offering a balance of character and finesse.
