Cantina Bertani, an old winery that originated in 1857 with the unification of Italy, with the desire and pride to represent the excellence of a new nation with a millenary culture.

Le Quaiare is a white wine produced with Turbiana grapes, also known as Trebbiano di Lugana. The harvest takes place around the middle of September. After soft pressing, fermentation of the must follows in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14-16 ° C. The refinement takes place in stainless steel tanks and has a duration of 3 months.

In the glass Le Quaiare shows a straw yellow color with slight reflections greenish. The nose releases an intriguing fruity aroma, defined by aromas of yellow and white pulp fruit, blended with elegant floral notes.

The taste shows an elegant and clear white, with a light structure. A persistent sip on the palate, with well-defined mineral notes and a pleasant fruity aroma that returns in the finish. Excellent wine to combine on the table with first and second courses based on fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
