The Lugana Prestige from Cà Maiol presents a broad yet tuned profile: freshness is lively and a saline note gives lift to the sip. On the nose there are floral hints and aromas of ripe citrus fruits, softened by a pleasant aromatic herb; on the palate the wine shows body and good roundness, with a balanced persistence that never slips into heaviness. The texture is supported by a mineral backbone that refines the drink, and a fine creaminess softens the citrus notes, making everything harmonious and approachable.

The Mathusalem version, beyond its theatrical impact, confirms the wine’s ability to sustain long convivial gatherings: ideal for buffets, large dinners or events where continuous service is required. Serve cool but not cold to fully appreciate the aromas and tension; it pairs well with substantial fish, flavorful shellfish, characterful risottos and fresh cheeses. A practical, substantial choice for those who want an elegant white that can accompany the table in company.
