The Madeira Wine Medium Sweet 3 anni - H.M. Borges represents a small masterpiece from the island of Madeira, a land known for producing long-lasting wines characterized by surprising complexity. Produced with carefully selected grapes according to the traditional island method, this wine stands out for a minimum aging of three years, during which it acquires classic oxidative notes and a balanced sweetness, typical of the Madeira denomination.
In the glass, it appears with amber reflections and aromas of dried fruit, dates, and a delicate spiciness intertwined with hints of caramel and chestnut honey. The sip is harmonious, medium sweet, with lively acidity that guarantees freshness and a pleasant lasting finish. An excellent complement to desserts based on dried fruit or dark chocolate, but also for meditation.
