Bodega Alta Vista's Malbec Premium is an exaltation of the quality and expressiveness that Malbec can achieve in the Argentine lands, in particular in the renowned Mendoza region, the beating heart of high-end Malbec production. Bodega Alta Vista, with its French roots and its passion for innovation and excellence, has been able to best interpret the potential of this grape variety, producing a wine that reflects the identity of the terroir and the winemaking mastery of the winery.

Coming from carefully selected vineyards, located at different altitudes to capture the complexity and diversity of Malbec, Malbec Premium is the result of careful winemaking, which aims to enhance the aromatic richness and structure of the fruit. Aging in French oak barriques adds further nuances of complexity, without overpowering the varietal characteristics.

Visually, the wine has an intense and deep purple color, typical of the best Malbecs. On the nose, Premium Malbec reveals a wide range of aromas, with dominant notes of ripe red and black fruits, such as plums, blackberries and cherries, enriched by touches of sweet spices, vanilla and a light hint of chocolate and tobacco, the result of 'aging in wood.

In the mouth, the wine shows extraordinary concentration and depth, with velvety and ripe tannins that offer a rich and enveloping texture. The well-balanced acidity supports the complexity of the flavors, leading towards a long and persistent finish, which leaves a lasting impression of elegance and power.

Ideal in combination with intense and flavourful dishes, such as grilled red meats, stews, lamb dishes and mature cheeses, Bodega Alta Vista's Premium Malbec is also an excellent companion for tasting evenings, where it can be enjoyed for its ability to evolve and reveal new nuances in the glass.

In conclusion, Bodega Alta Vista's Premium Malbec is a wine that proudly celebrates the heritage and innovation of Argentine Malbec, offering a tasting experience that is at once deep, complex and intensely satisfying.
